Membership: Becoming a Racial Equity Operative
BREO
Step into a journey of empowerment and impact with BREO, where you’ll find the resources and community you need to make a lasting difference in advancing racial equity. Our membership offers a self-guided experience through a rich library of videos and printables, thoughtfully created and curated by Dr. Nikki Lanier and Jaeden Thomas. These resources are designed to deepen your understanding, inspire action, and equip you with the tools to lead with intention and purpose.
But BREO is more than just a collection of materials—it’s a community of women committed to change. Starting in September you will be invited to join our weekly virtual Peer-to-Peer Meetings, where you can connect with like-minded leaders, share insights, and support one another on this important journey. Meeting times will vary to accommodate different schedules, and we offer opportunities for those who feel called to step up and lead in this space.
Whether you choose to guide yourself through our comprehensive resources or engage in our dynamic community meetings, BREO provides a pathway for you to become a powerful advocate for racial equity, with grace, love, and a sense of urgency. Together, we can create the change our world so desperately needs.
